The jobs are displayed in the form of cards, or in the form of list. You can switch by selecting in the main menu: View -> Jobs -> "View as Cards" or "View as List"

When you run backup job, the cards are more informative than list items. They display the path to processing file, the progress bar, and the control buttons. You can Pause, Resume and Cancel the job by clicking the corresponding link on a card:
The List view is more compact comparing to Cards view. There are no control links, but you can Pause, Resume or Cancel the job using context menu:
